1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Orbit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
- Bank account aggregation and transaction analysis
- Subscription detection and management
- Credit card tracking and optimization
- Travel planning and booking assistance
- Work productivity tools (email, calendar, tasks)
- AI-powered insights and recommendations
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Orbit.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information to create an account. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].
5. Subscription and Payments

New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial for new users. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through Settings; cancellation takes effect at end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.
6. Third-Party Services
Orbit integrates with Plaid (bank connections), Stripe (payments), Google and Microsoft (email/calendar), and Amadeus and Yelp (travel). Use of these features is also subject to those providers' terms. Travel prices and availability are subject to change — Orbit is not responsible for booking errors or price discrepancies.
7. User Conduct
You agree NOT to use the Service for any illegal purpose, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with or disrupt the Service, reverse engineer any part of the Service, use automated systems without permission, share account credentials, or abuse the trial system.
8. Usage Limits
- 66 travel searches per type (flights, hotels, restaurants, activities) per month
- 33 voice commands per month
- 100 text commands per month
- Limits reset on the 1st of each month
9. Intellectual Property
The Service is owned by Orbit and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal data and grant Orbit a limited license to use it solely to provide and improve the Service.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: Orbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbit, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
15. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
16. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
